Maidenhair fern, kokedama

The lacy delicacy of the Maidenhair fern or Adiantum raddianum is its main attraction. Many people love this beautiful plant but worry that it will not survive in their hands. As long as you get the balance right, you’ll have a happy plant.  They thrive in high humidity so placing this plant in a breezy spot or directly in the flow of the air-conditioning is a no-no. Place it amongst other plants, give it filtered sunlight (best) or bright shade, and remember to feed a diluted liquid fertiliser every other month.
