Meet your variegated umbrella tree—a cheerful, low-fuss friend with sun-dappled leaves and graceful, arching stems. Grown in Sugibase, its roots breathe easy in our sealed glass vessel, making care simpler.
Place it near a window with bright, indirect sunlight. Light is important. It really prefers a brighter window, than a fully shaded one.
This is grown using the semi-hydro method, and is planted in Sugibase*.
*Sugibase is an alternative to soil created specifically for indoor gardening. It uses repurposed domestic cedar woodchips combined with special bacteria to suppress both rotting of the cedar and mould growth, creating an optimal environment for plant growth.
Glass vase and plant: 10cm x 10cm by 25-28cm height.

Availability: In stock
Sunlight: Bright indirect sunlight is ideal (east/west windows), or grow light.
Tip: Rotate occasionally for even variegation! Happy with room or outdoor temperature and no a/c.
Water: Fill the glass up to 2cm depth of water when water fully evaporates in the glass container (about 7 to 10 days, depending on your environment)
