Birds nest fern or Asplenium nidus is an epiphyte and its natural habitat is under trees. It’s an easy plant that is not fussy at all. Bright shade or morning filtered sunlight is ideal and it would not outgrow its kokedama for quite awhile as it has very little roots. This fern is grown in a kokedama – a ‘living pot’ of rich, well-draining soil that is then covered in coconut husk.
Each plant is unique and will differ from image shown.
Height: 16-18 cm
Kokedama diameter size: 8-9cm
