A hybrid of Phaleanopsis and Doritis, the Doritaenopsis has blooms that are smaller than Phaleanopsis. The blooms last longer and have more colours. A popular Chinese New Year plant, the flowers look like moths in flight and have auspicious symbolism. This Doritaenopsis is grown in a kokedama.
