The zen-looking Asparagus fern (Asparagus plumosus) is grown in a kokedama, a ‘living pot’ of rich soil that is encased in a crocheted pouch lined with coconut husk. Popular for its graceful and feathery foliage, it is not too demanding of light, but it should still get minimum bright shade for it to be happy. Comes with dish.

Sunlight: Filtered sunlight, bright shade or artificial light.
Water: Minimum twice a week, but if placed in a very well ventilated location, you may need to water 3 times a week. Half submerge the ball in a container of water and let it sit for 1-2 minutes before removing.
